Hire a Warrior Nutrition Coach!
If you have landed on this page you are likely dealing with some sort of health conundrum and are looking for a nutrition coach to support you on your journey to rockstar warrior wellness. We can help!
The human body is on a mission to live harmoniously in balance—not unlike most sleep deprived new moms! Sometimes when the body (and mama for that matter) doesn't get the support it needs to thrive or if it has been overwhelmed with too many stressors it can start to function improperly and call out for help in the form of symptoms. These unwanted symptoms are the warning signals sent out by the body to let us know it needs some help.
Our role as Certified Nutritionists is to help uncover the underlying cause of the imbalance and then using a combination of powerful foods, therapeutic supplementation, as well as dietary and lifestyle changes, we work with you or your child to give your body the goods it needs to bring back the balance.
Some of the popular health concerns we address:
- Recurrent illness and infections
- Addressing suspected nutrient deficiencies
- Gut healing during and after antibiotics
- Drainage and detoxification support for vaccinations
- ADHD and behavioural issues
- Yeast infection and thrush
- Dental decay
- Failure to thrive
- Picky eating
- Supporting optimal fertility (including blood work discovery)
- Female health concerns relating to fertility: PCOS, hormonal imbalance, preparation for IVF, endometriosis, etc.
- Gestational diabetes
- Optimal pregnancy support
Meet Your Certified Nutritionist and Warrior Coach:
Christine Davies is a certified nutritional practitioner with Little Warrior Nutrition. With a lifelong passion for food and movement, Christine’s mission is to empower others to heal, find wellness and thrive! Her fascination and fondness for working with mothers and children was further fuelled by the birth of her son in 2019. She believes strongly that food is medicine and that nutritional foundations established at a young age can set a child up to flourish.
Christine graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition with first class honours. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McGill University and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Christine has worked with individuals from a variety of populations throughout her time as a physiotherapist at a rehabilitation hospital in Toronto.
As a nutritionist, she has experience working with the prenatal/ postnatal population as well as infants and toddlers. She has completed both individual and family nutritional consultations, diet assessments and supplement protocols. As a certified yoga instructor, Christine places importance on the practice of mindfulness and how this relates to food, nutrition and wellness. She loves adapting recipes and experimenting in the kitchen with the goal of bringing family and friends together through good quality food. Her love for the outdoors is strong and you can often find her running, hiking or camping with her husband and son!
